Your practice is your own - Island Practice Management is not a clinical entity. This means that your patients and your business are both under your care and your name respectively. All clinical decision making rests with you.

Our model primarily assists practitioners developing out-of network-practices. We believe that model supports better patient care and is beneficial to the clinician. We can assist those seeking to operate outside of existing contracts set up by employers.

Clients are billed monthly, contingent on the details of the service package. We have favorable rates when compared to other practice management entities including corporate/digital giants and college/university systems.

Both options are available, we will work with whatever fits your current needs.

Directly into your bank account!

You will be paired with a caseworker who will oversee your account. Day to day, you will work with administrative team members of Island Practice Management who undergo rigorous training and are each specialized in one of three categories: intake, billing and claims and patient engagement.

● We offer client suites in Huntington Station and Port Jefferson- and continue to expand. ● If you have an existing office, we can provide administrative services on site at your facility and remotely.
